The prices as listed in our website cover the air ticket cost, all hotel accommodations, all applicable sightseeing and admissions as stated in the itinerary and all meals as mentioned. All tips for Tour Manager/Tour Guide/Driver and optional tours are not included.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT THAT I GIVE MY NAME AS IT APPEARS ON MY PASSPORT UPON BOOKING?
Due to increased travel security around the world, it is now more important than ever that your airline ticket match your first and last name exactly as it reads on your passport. Additionally any changes to your air booking, which include spelling, could be subject to a change fee, penalties or cancellation.
DO YOU HAVE A SHARE PROGRAM FOR SINGLE TRAVELLERS?
With regrets to inform that our Company do not provide assistance in arranging share room program for our Single travellers.
WHAT SIZE IS A TRIPLE ROOM?
A triple room is the same size as a twin bedded room. The third bed is based on a rollaway bed. For your comfort, we recommend you to get 1 single room and 1 twin bedded room for the trip.
WHY IS MY TOUR STILL "PENDING"?
There can be many reasons why tour cannot be confirmed. Largely, it is due to no minimum group size. No worries! You can check your tour status again nearer to departure date. Please note that all tour confirmation will be advised no later than 14 days before departure.
CAN I CHANGE TO ANOTHER TOUR NOW SINCE MY BOOKING IS PENDING?
A tour status will be advised 2 weeks before departure. If your departure is unable to confirm 14 days before departure, we may recommend you alternatives if available. Please note that surcharge may incur on a case by case basis and you will be advised accordingly. Should you decide not to accept the alternative; a refund will be made accordingly.
CAN I CANCEL MY BOOKING NOW SINCE MY BOOKING IS PENDING?
The Customer is allowed to cancel the reservation in writing, at any time prior to the departure date. However, a cancellation fee will apply. The cancellation fee is computed based on the length of notice period prior to the departure date. Please note that the cancellation fee is a percentage of the deposit or the tour fare, as the case may be. The cancellation fee as well as corresponding refund component will be advised by your Travel Advisor accordingly.
WHEN DO TOURS BECOME CONFIRMED?
A tour will be considered a confirmed departure once we have sold 15 adults of a specific departure. If the arrangement cannot be finalised due to unforeseen circumstances and the reservation has to be cancelled, the Company will endeavour to notify the Customer at least 1 week before the departure date. Our group tours will be confirmed 2 weeks prior to the departure.
CAN I MAKE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUEST?
Such requests have to be done no later than 10 days before departure date and it is subject to availability.
CAN I MAKE SPECIAL SEATS REQUEST?
At times, special request for seats may not be available because group seats are pre-assigned by airlines. We seek for your understanding that we may not be able to get your preferred seats, especially during the peak season.
CAN I MAKE FLIGHT EXTENSION REQUEST?
For any extension or deviation request, please check for the availability with our friendly Travel Advisors.
WHEN SHOULD I PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE?
Purchase of travel insurance is strongly recommended with respect to unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellation, personal baggage loss, personal accident, injury or illness. You should purchase as soon as you can, no later than 3 days before departure.
WHAT ARE CHAN BROTHERS TOUR MANAGERS LIKE?
Our dedicated team of tour managers commonly possesses at least 10 years of specialised experience in the places you are travelling to. In fact, you can deem them as walking “travel-tionaries” in their own rights. At certain destinations, you will enjoy the company of local guides who will charm you with insider knowledge of each destination. There is nothing like passionate and seasoned processionals providing all the insights that you need at the drop of a hat.
HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE ON TOUR WITH ME?
With tour size as few as 15 persons up to 45 persons in the group hence the chance of you being in a smaller group with a dedicated tour manager is considerably high. That just means you are more likely to get personalised service and all the personal attention you deserve.
IS THERE ANY PASSPORT REQUIREMENT AND IF VISA REQUIRED?
“Everyone including children and infants must hold a valid passport to enter Europe. The passport should be valid at least 6 months from the date of return. Singapore and Malaysian passport holders do not require a visa to enter the European Union. For other nationality, you may approach our friendly Travel Advisor to ensure if you are required to apply for a visa.
We strongly recommended you to have a photocopy of your passport ket inside with you when you are travelling overseas. This will be useful in the event of lost or stolen passport overseas.”
HOW MANY LUGGAGES CAN I BRING?
Each passenger is entitled to 1 suitcase per person. You can also bring 1 piece of hand luggage. Different Airlines have its own requirement, accurate information can be advised by our friendly Travel Advisor or during tour departure briefing session by our Tour Manager.
CAN I BRING A WHEELCHAIR DURING THE TOUR?
In most circumstances you can travel with a wheelchair during the tour, as long as you’re travelling with someone who’s willing to provide personal assistance. Please approach our friendly Travel Advisor at the time of booking should you plan to bring a wheelchair to ensure if we can meet your requirements.
IS MY FLIGHT MILEAGE ACCURAL?
With regrets to inform that we are utilising the group seats for our tour. As per Airlines Terms and Conditions, there are no air miles entitlement. And NO internet check in is available for flights.
WHAT IS AN OPTIONAL TOUR?
“Most Chan Brothers Travel tours already include comprehensive sightseeing with many bonus and highlights. There are some other optional tours which will turn an already amazing experience into the trip of a lifetime! You will be provided a list of available optional tours and the appropriate costs. The suggested programs are optional and can be booked through your Tour Manager at the commencement of your tour.
All suggested optional tours are subject to weather conditions and if time permits.”

WILL THE PROVIDED COACH BE COMFORTABLE?
It is our hard-and-fast rule. We pride ourselves on having the modern fleets of coaches are less than 5 years old for a simple but vital reason – you safety and comfort is our utmost priority. The coaches are normally in 45 seats.
HOW LONG WILL I SPEND ON THE COACH?
it is seldom that we will travel longer than a couple of hours or so without a photo stop, toilet stop or sights visit. Some journeys are much shorter. To enhance your vacation, we also uses other many forms of transportation from high-speed trains, cable cars, river cruises, boat rides – you’ll enjoy them all, and more.
IS THERE SEAT ROTATION?
Each passenger is entitled to 1 seat on the bus. Your Tour Manager might practice seat rotation system, whereby all guests will rotate their seats on the coach daily.
HOW DO I BOOK AN OPTIONAL EXCURSION AND WHAT IS THE COST?
All optional tours are carefully programmed to coincide at time of your visit and to further enhance your trip. Your Tour Manager will have a list of available optional tours and the appropriate costs which can be arranged while you are overseas.
IS TIPPINGS FOR THE TOUR MANAGER/CITY GUIDES/DRIVER INCLUDED?
Tippings are not included in your package. It is customary to tip our Tour Manager, City Guides and Drivers to show your appreciation for service rendered.
CAN I USE MY ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES?
Electrical plugs and outlets differ throughout the world so you’ll need a universal travel adaptor suitable for travel to Europe countries in order to use any mobile devices. The electrical currents for Europe are supplied at 240 volts, 50HZ. Hotels provide electricity supply of 110 volts for shaver. The suitable power sockets in Europe accept round 2 pins plug.
